During the ITS European Congress, it was announced which organisations will work together to increase the safe use of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS for short) with at least 20% in 3 years in the Netherlands. That objective has been laid down in the ADAS Covenant, which has been signed by 42 public and private organisations (the "ADAS Alliance"). All these organisations have also drawn up their own implementation plan with concrete actions. Minister Cora van Nieuwenhuizen joined the act this afternoon with the launch of the new online community "Slimonderweg.nl".
